Things just seem to be going from bad to worse for the Labour Party since Gordon Brown took over. I think that Gordon Brown messed up his chances of ever being elected Prime Minister by failing to call a general election in November. Now his chances of becoming top dog just pale by the hour. At present the UK is smitten with an acute dose of collective paranoia. Why? Because some overworked junior civil servant sent off the personal details of 25 million people – undecoded and by normal post – under Mercury Retrograde. I mean …. you’d have to be pretty stupid to do that. The package was sent from Newcastle on 18th October and the chart is sent for mid-day. Exact time is unknown.
I am not even going to analyse the chart for you. I will just make one comment. It is usually stated that when Mercury is retrograde it must eventually move direct again. With regard to lost objects in a horary chart – a retrograde significator is good news – the object will return. The data is itself Mercury – in the chart retrograde. I think the disks will eventually turn up. At the moment – Jupiter – is transiting the UK Mercury in the third house -which is pretty interesting of itself. This is a huge story – but again Jupiter is benevolent – a few heads might roll – but alls well that ends well in Gordon’s world…..
