The Pluto Effect: The IDEA of Change?

Astro-blogging4Obama… bringing you the facts 🙂 As Pluto tentatively dipped it’s toes into Capricorn earlier this year, an incredible message of optimism swept over the world/ and me. Now considering I’m a Capricorn – that’s pretty weird – because who in their right mind looks forward to a visit from Pluto??? But then this message came: We Can Change: Yes We Can…  Remember the old adage “there’s nothing more powerful than an idea whose time has come” ? Well Obama’s message is powerful, and the time for receiving it has come. Forget lipstick, pigs and pitbulls. This is the impact of the Neptune i.e. Sarah Palin effect. Neptune courts illusion while Pluto is for change on a deep, deep level. Pluto is the bottom line, and if not dealt with respectfully, he really can bite.

It is this sense of ‘an idea whose time has come” that has led to the Republicans hi-jacking the word change. It has become a magic “buzz” word that has started to crop up – all over the place – particularly in McCain’s speeches. The Republicans are also trying to change history by electing a woman as vice president who really might become THE PRESIDENT. While at the same time they struggle to prove that they can change direction: i.e. distance themselves from the disastrous Bush administration. But all of this lacks authenticity and therefore lacks power. The Republicans are copy-catting. Their whole style of campaigning proves this point: the Republicans can only pay lip-service to change, because they don’t understand the IDEA that inspires it.

Barack Obama is the authentic and original source of a profound call for change. Barack Obama was able to coin a phrase around it that really buzzes. Over here at astro-blogging4obama, we truly believe that Barack Obama is the right man, at the right time, at the right place. And hey… Pluto I’m waiting for ya……
