Astrology:Mercury

Mercury is a fascinating planet, ruling as it does, such things as shopping, thieves, speech, the hands, the thought processes, elderberries, hazelnuts, soya, small children, and astrology. Yes, Mercury rules astrology, though modern astrologers seek to align it with Uranus, of old Mercury rules astrology.

So, we have a Mercury theme today, Mercury in Aquarius no less. Appropriate for meeting new people and since the house is the second, it is an excellent time for discussing business and anything concerning personal finance.

I feel inspired. In a little under an hour I have an appointment to meet the people who my daughter often works for. My daughter – a flamboyant Leo – works as a part-time model and the couple in question are a photographer and make-up artist. They are both pushing sixty, but attract a young audience. Everything I have heard about them, screams out unconventionality i.e. Uranus. I am very much looking forward to meeting them. Who knows, perhaps they will make me an offer I can’t refuse. I have heard that older models are in these days. My second house can hardly wait….
