Barack Obama’s birth certificate. You can find it on the White House Government website. Astrologers everywhere must be jumping out of their seats. The most commonly cited birth time for Barack Obama up to now was 13.06 which gave him a Scorpio ascendant. The exact time is 19.24!! This shows the danger of working with unverified data. Though Barack Obama still has a fixed sign rising, Aquarius (air) is much more of a group player than Scorpio (water). More details will follow on this.
