It must be the most exciting date of the year. Venus conjunct Jupiter in dazzling Leo meets Mars conjunct Saturn in sexy Scorpio. The heat may have gone out of the summer but it has certainly not gone of the heavens. This is a blisteringly hot, passionate, square. I can feel it.

Maybe it’s because sex belongs to the private sphere that many astrologers are shy about approaching the subject. Most clients – before they walk through the door – are strangers to us, even though we have just ‘done’ their charts. People are not programmed to discusses their most intimate thoughts and desires with a complete stranger even if they are wearing a  ‘professional astrologer’ badge. And so it transpired… for many years when giving a consult… I was very tentative when it came to discussing this vitally important area of life experience. Vitally important… because without ‘it’ we quite simple would not be here. Passion is what really makes the world turn round.

Amsterdam is the perfect place for Frank to look at the roles Mars, Venus and the Moon play in our sex lives. He will share some interesting client (and newsworthy) stories of  sexual predilections, kinks and old-fashioned romance. Expect some charts, serious talk and some light-hearted banter.

Though I think the morning program will be great. Solar Arc – if you have never used it for predicting – is something you do need to look up, get into, or even better, just simply attend this workshop. However, I am personally more interested in how Frank Clifford will approach intimacy. I might have a few spicy questions of my own lined up.. An alternative title for the afternoon workshop might be, “Everything any astrologer needed to know about a client’s sex life, but were too frightened to ask” .. Now that is a dose of Scorpio for you!
