Can David Cameron’s idea of the “Big Society” which clearly has a Jupiterian ring to it work ? This is the question I asked myself this morning.  ConDem, is the rather derogatory term that has been coined for the new UK, Conservative, Lib-Democrat, coalition government. For my part, having licked my wounds following Labour’s deafeat – the time is ripe to take a serious astrological look at the Horoscope for the new ConDem coalition. First question: When was the new Government formed? There is a good argument for taking the moment of Gordon Brown’s resignation.
