  A friend of mine  (Fiona Ivanov) has been rabbitting on to me for ages about the wonders of slow food. Slow food… Yeah. Well with British restaurant Dinner, now (officially ??) the best in the world, and British cuisine back on the menu, time me thinks, to take a look at the horoscope of the chef that managed to turn the tables on traditional ideas of British food.
